  • Shipping availability may vary for certain remote or restricted locations.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers from time to time.

5. Payment

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • All orders must be prepaid using the payment methods available on our website.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Shiva Gift Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
