- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been delivered.
- Please review product descriptions, images, sizes, and specifications carefully before placing your order.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

- Color, design, or size preference after delivery (where the delivered item matches the order).
- Delay caused by courier services after dispatch.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product, or
- A wrong product,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- An unboxing video (recommended)
After verification, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution if the issue is found to be genuine.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
